Hi! We’re so glad you’ve found us!
We create naturally soft and luxurious wool bedding and wool goods from the sheep raised on our Canadian family farm.
We are Romy and Ryan, and with our three kids, manage and care for the sheep at Circle R Livestock, our family farm, where Revolution Wool Company was born. Ryan grew up on a farm next door to ours, he and our kids are the 3rd and 4th generation farmers in this area. Romy grew up on a farm not far away that her parents started after emigrating from Switzerland. In our wool products and our farm you’ll see a bit of both of our family’s heritage and traditions. Together, we have been farming at Circle R Livestock for over 16 years.
Canadian sheep farmers have some of the highest animal care standards and sustainable land use practices in the world creating quality wool from the sheep we care for. Once our sheep are sheared, we work with Canadian mills and manufactures to create a variety of wool textiles and goods. We don't add or take anything away - the wool you enjoy is straight from the source, with as few stops between as possible. As a result, our wool products will offer you pure comfort, warmth, and durability that will last for generations.
At Revolution Wool Company, we are bringing back the tradition of Canadian wool and creating a new story. There are constant REVOLUTIONS on the farm in seasons and a sheep’s life, in the process of milling wool and in wool’s amazing natural and biodegradable lifecycle. We are building connections to ensure value to our customers, our farmers, our economy, and environment so we can revolutionize Canadian wool!
As we continue our work on reconciliation and learning about our land we would like to acknowledge that our farm and business is located on the traditional territories of the Mississauga, Odawa, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and Anishinabewaki peoples and Treaty 3, 1792 lands. As settlers on this land we hope to honour this land to the best of our abilities. As we learn and recognize its history we aim to foster positive future connections and community.
We can’t wait to connect with you!
