We want you to be 100% happy with our products.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are welcome at our physical store location. We will replace any damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss any issues or questions via revolutionwoolco@gmail.com. Items must be returned with in 14 days. Customer is responsible for return postage. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

REFUNDS

When your return is received and inspected a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

 

Note: On custom products unless the item arrives damaged or defective, our standard return and exchange policy will not apply.

 

Note: Make sure you order enough yarn for your project. Our yarns are all dyed in small batches. We cannot match or provide more of a dye lot if you happen to be short for a project nor accept a return if you are short.
