Return & Exchange Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or we made a shipping error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges (non-defective items)

  • You may return or exchange non-custom items (unused, in original packaging, with tags) within 30 days of delivery.

  • The customer pays for return shipping (unless the return is for a defect or error on our part). As a small business, we aren’t able to cover return shipping except in cases of defect or error. Thank you for understanding and supporting local, sustainable products.

  • Exchanges for size/color (if available) may be done by return + reorder (or via in-store exchange if you visit us in person).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund (minus restocking/shipping, if applicable) within 3 business days to your original method of payment.

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Items
If your item is defective, damaged en route, or the wrong item was shipped, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you (including return shipping). You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Custom / Dye-Lot / Special Orders
Custom orders, special-dye lots, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Be sure to order sufficient yarn up front, as matching additional dye lots is not guaranteed.

Limitations & Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact.

  • Items returned outside the acceptable time window or without meeting conditions may be refused or only eligible for store credit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if it fails inspection (e.g. signs of use or damage).

How to Return

  1. Email us at revolutionwoolco@gmail.com within the stipulated period with your order number and photos/descriptions of the issue (if applicable).

  2. If approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions (including address).

  3. Ship the item back to us (customer pays postage, unless return is due to defect).

  4. We inspect upon receipt and issue refund or replacement.

Note on Turnaround
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
