“Finke” is a Swiss-German word for slippers, honoring a tradition brought to Canada by my parents. Growing up in a farmhouse, warm feet were a necessity—and that care for comfort inspires every pair of Revolution Wool slippers.
Each slipper is crafted with care:

Upper layer: Wet-felted wool for flexibility, durability, and longevity.

Mid-layer: Needle-felted wool from our family farm and local Ontario farms, providing soft yet sturdy cushioning.

Sole: Non-marking rubber for excellent grip and moisture resistance—perfect for indoor wear and quick trips outside.

See our fit guide picture, measure the length and width of your feet.
To start you want your wool slippers to feel snug. As you wear them they will stretch and mold to you feet. This natural stretching is also great for wide feet! The approximate measurement is taken from the heel to the big toe.
Example: I wear a small for size 8.5 wide feet while barefoot. A medium is more ideal if I wear socks or want more space for my toes.

Wool is naturally self-cleaning and odor-resistant, making it easy to keep your slippers fresh. Regular airing and sunshine help maintain their freshness.
For stains or soiling, spot clean with a damp cloth and a gentle wool-specific soap like Eucalan. Allow them to dry fully before wearing again. While machine washing is not recommended, you may wash them on a gentle or wool cycle with cold water and wool detergent if heavily soiled. DO NOT use the dryer, air dry only.
Some fiber shedding may occur initially—this is normal. Simply vacuum or shake them outside to remove loose fibers.

This slipper is halfway between a comfort slipper and a slip-on shoe. Warm felt, well-padded in-sole with rubber bottoms. The fit is somewhat less than confident, so that is why 1 star less than perfect.
